Rental Agreements

A signed rental agreement is mandatory for all party rentals. To avoid disappointment, please reserve your unit early! To reserve a rental, you are required to sign a rental agreement. If you are local to us, you may stop in to do so, or if you provide us with a fax number we will fax it out to you.

Picking Up Rental

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Debit, Cash or Company Check. Payment is due upon pick-up of the rental.

Shipped Rentals

UPS or Canada Post. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Company Check (Pre-Paid). Payment is due prior to shipping.

Local Delivery Rentals

The Karaoke Closet will deliver your rental directly to your doorstep in time for your next karaoke party. We deliver local rentals ourselves. We use UPS Courier service for deliveries outside of a 30 minute radius from our location.

• Courier service is only available in Ontario and not available for sound systems.

Player & Music: Delivery Costs

• Ancaster and Dundas and lower West Hamilton Areas $35 (Not including rental)
• Rest of Hamilton, Stoney Creek, Burlington and Brantford Areas $45 (Not including rental).

Delivered by Karaoke Closet, set up, and picked up following the party. (Next Business Day)

• Anywhere Else in Ontario $75 (Not including rental)

Delivered by UPS Courier. Rentals are delivered in time for your event via UPS and then picked up again following your party. (Next Business Day). Most areas require 1 to 2 days delivery time.

UPS Courier Service is not available for Christmas & New Years

Music Only: Delivery Costs

• Anywhere in Ontario $20 (Not including rental) Delivered by Canada Post Express or Expedited Service. Includes shipping both directions.
