The original shipping fee paid to get the product to you in the first place, is non-refundable. We recommend using traceable courier/mail as we cannot be responsible for the package until has been received by us.

A Note from Karaoke Closet:
No matter where you buy your CD+G's, it is always possible to have an occasional defective CD+G or one that will only play in certain players. All CD+G's will NOT play in all players. A CD+G that doesn't play in one player will often play in a different player (especially if it is an older player). In the instance that you receive a disc that simply won't play in your player, please try it in another player before asking for a replacement.

This "special offer" applies to karaoke discs & instrument strings. Your items will be properly packaged to prevent any damage in shipping. If damage is to occur for some reason, notify us upon receipt, and we will render a solution. Items shipped "free of charge" will usually be sent in paper sleeves and put into a padded envelope with the jewel case inserts only. (jewel cases, binders and pack cases will not be included) . If you want your discs sent in the original jewel cases, binders or pack cases, then we recommend you choose "express" shipping at check out.
Canada 
KaraokeCloset.com will ship your order to you FREE OF CHARGE via Canada Post Regular Mail and Parcel service. Your order will generally arrive within 5-7 business days from order date for most points in the Country. Orders in the Province of Ontario generally arrive within 2-4 business days from order date. Order date is considered day "0".
Need it faster? Choose optional "Express Shipping" at our online check-out, or ask when you speak to a sales representative for telephone orders. In Ontario and Québec the cost is $7 and you should expect your order in 1-3 business days from the order date.
