Return Policy for Discs/Software

Discs/Software to include CDG/VCD/DVD/Computer Programs sold by KaraokeCloset.com, (or asapkaraoke.com). Due to the nature of disc/software sales and copyright laws, the following policies apply:

Open Discs/Software

May be returned for EXCHANGE ONLY within 21 days from purchase date. KaraokeCloset.com, ( asapkaraoke.com), will cover the cost to ship the identical replacement disc only after the defective disc is received by us. Customer is responsible for getting the defective disc to us. The original shipping fee paid to get the product to you in the first place, is non-refundable. We recommend using traceable courier/mail as we cannot be responsible for the package until has been received by us.

Defective Discs/Software

May be returned for EXCHANGE ONLY within 21 days from purchase date. KaraokeCloset.com, ( asapkaraoke.com), will cover the cost to ship the identical replacement disc only after the defective disc is received by us. Unopened Discs/Software

May be returned for CREDIT ONLY within 21 days from purchase date. A 15% restocking charge will be applied. Customer is responsible for getting the unopened disc to us. The original shipping fee paid, to get the product to you in the first place, is non-refundable. We recommend using traceable courier/mail as we cannot be responsible for the package until has been received by us.

Damaged Discs/Software

If you scratch or crack one of the following brands of karaoke discs, you can have it replaced for a $10.00 fee. Customer is responsible for shipping.

Shipping Information & Policies

Karaoke Discs

This "special offer" of free shipping applies to karaoke discs ONLY. Your items will be properly packaged to prevent any damage in shipping. If damage is to occur for some reason, notify us upon receipt, and we will render a solution. Items shipped "free of charge" will usually be sent in paper sleeves and put into a padded envelope with the jewel case inserts only. (jewel cases, binders and pack cases will not be included) . If you want your discs sent in the original jewel cases, binders or pack cases, then we recommend you choose "express" shipping at check out.

Canada

KaraokeCloset.com will ship your order to you FREE OF CHARGE (For orders OVER $30.00 ONLY) via Canada Post Regular Mail and Parcel service. Your order will generally arrive within 5-7 business days from order date for most points in the Country. Orders in the Province of Manitoba generally arrive within 2-4 business days from order date. Order date is considered day "0".

UNDER $30.00 THE SHIPPING CHARGE IS $3.00 PER FIRST DISC PLUS $2.00 EACH ADDITIONAL Disc.

Nominal Shipping Rates Will Be Charged For Overseas Orders. Please Contact us For Specifics.

NOTE: Karaoke closet has no control over the delivery time of Canada Post. The further the destination is from winnipeg, the longer it will take.

In Manitoba, the cost is $8 and you should expect your order in 1-3 business days from the order date. For the rest of Canada the cost is $11 and you should expect your order in 3-5 business days from order date.
